Sadly we often only hear when something has gone wrong but if you would like to let us know when someone has gone that extra mile to help you, we would love to hear about it.  


However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible by speaking member of staff, Practice Manager or Partner in the first instance.  If you are not entirely happy with this outcome you will be advised what the next steps are.
