Covid Booster Vaccinations now available at the Surgery

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering Covid Booster Vaccinations to all eligible patients at the Surgery. Our next clinic is Thursday, 20 January 2022.
Please ring the surgery DIRECT to book an appointment.

Face Masks reminder

Please remember to bring your own face covering when you attend the surgery for an appointment. If you are exempt, you will be asked to wear a visor (these can be provided at the surgery if you do not have your own). Face coverings have continued to be mandatory in Healthcare settings such as ours, as we are committed to protecting both staff and patients during the Pandemic.  We ask wherever possible you come alone to your appointment and arrive just before your appointment time. Please note that we are currently unable to offer toilet facilities.  Please do not attend the surgery if anyone in your household has received a positive PCR result.

We also have a supply of visors if you would prefer to use one of these instead of a mask.

Thank you for your co-operation as always

Proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will be shown within the App. We recommend that you register with the app before booking international travel.

If you do not have access to a smartphone and know that the country you are travelling to requires COVID-19 vaccination status, you can call the NHS helpline on 119 (from 17th May) and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 days after you've completed your course of the vaccine. We expect the letter to take upto 5 days to reach you.

Please do not contact the surgery about your COVID-19 vaccination status. We cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.
